张亚非,男,汉族,教授/博士,亚太材料科学院院士,长江学者特聘教授,SCI期刊《Nano-Micro Letters》主编,薄膜与微细技术教育部重点实验室主任,上海市领军人才,优秀留学回国人员。发表SCI学术论文200多篇,被引用4000余次,其中多篇被选为封面论文,撰写高影响力的专业著作: 已获授权国际发明专利2项,中国发明专利51项,已转让和授权专利多项,承担和完成973、863、国家自然科学金重点项目等,曾获2014年上海市自然科学二等奖、上海市优秀博士论文导师;2011年上海市发明金奖;2010年国家百篇优秀博士论文导师;2007年中国教育部自然科学奖二等奖; 2005年国家自然科学二等奖。
研究方向:纳米材料、器件与加工技术等
招收具有电子科学与技术、材料、生物、物理、机械电子、化学等背景的硕士和博士研究生、博士后。
Prof. Dr. Yafei Zhang is the Chang Jiang Chair Professor of the Department of Miro/Nano Electronics, School of Electronics, Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He was obtained his S.B., S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in semiconductor physics and devices from Lanzhou University in 1994.
Zhang is the Editor-in-Chief of Nano-Micro Letters, Academician of Asia Pacific Academy of Materials, and Senior Member of IEEE. He has authored 234 papers (Totally Cited by 7007, h-index 43), 4 books and over 40 authorized patents. He has been invited to deliver 20 invited keynote speeches in international conferences or institutions.
