女,材料学博士,毕业于上海交通大学化学化工学院。现为上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院微纳电子学系副教授,硕士生导师。研究方向主要集中在纳米材料的制备和性能表征,以及纳米材料的形貌控制和表面修饰,对纳米材料的结构和性能分析、组装及其应用等方面有一定的研究基础。近年来,主要研究纳米粒子与生物大分子之间的相互作用关系及其在免疫学、分子生物学、重大疾病的检测和治疗等方面的应用,包括纳米粒子与生物分子的组装及其生物学效应方面的研究工作。在水溶性半导体量子点,磁性纳米粒子,荧光磁性纳米粒子,纳米上转换材料的制备、表面修饰及其重大疾病的免疫检测,细胞成像,核磁共振等方面的研究,取得了一定的研究成果。完成国家自然科学基金一项.作为子课题负责人及主要高级研究人员参与了国家863重点项目,国家科技重大专项, “纳米研究”国家重大科学研究计划,上海市纳米专项等国家项目的研究工作,主要集中在功能纳米材料的制备、修饰,纳米材料与生物分子的连接、标记及其在重大疾病的诊断、治疗方面的应用研究。进行了多功能纳米脂质体材料的制备、表征及在疤痕治疗方面的应用研究。对多功能纳米材料在生物分子检测和成像方面进行了初步的研究工作。
近几年来,在国内外学术刊物上共发表论文60余篇,其中SCI收录52篇;申请发明专利10余项。
2008年获得上海交通大学“晨星青年学者奖励计划”优秀青年教师后备人才二等奖。
2014年获上海市科技进步奖三等奖(排名第二)。
2010.8~2012.1在美国宾夕法尼亚大学(University of Pennsylvania)材料科学与工程系(一年)以及宾夕法尼亚大学医学院放射系分子影像实验室(半年)作访问研究,留学一年半。参与课题(含有氧化铁、紫杉醇的合成脂蛋白的纳米粒子对乳腺癌的靶向 、成像及治疗研究)的研究工作,主要进行纳米材料的可控合成、表面修饰及其作为多功能纳米探针在肿瘤靶向、诊断和治疗方面的基础应用研究工作.
2013.7~2013.8在新加坡国立大学(NUS)工程学院机械工程系行政跟班实习。
担任英文SCI期刊《Nano-Micro Letters》责任编辑,薄膜与微细加工技术教育部实验室秘书。
