        陈长鑫,教授,国家万人计划科技创新领军人才、教育部青年长江学者、国家优青。2007年毕业于上海交通大学微电子学与固体电子学专业并获博士学位,毕业后任教于上海交通大学,2011年起担任博士生导师,2012年初至2014年底在斯坦福大学美国国家科学院院士/中国科学院外籍院士Hongjie Dai(戴宏杰)教授研究组作“博士后”,目前任教于上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院微纳电子学系。主要从事碳基和磷基纳米电子和光电器件的制作、特性及电路等研究。
        相关研究获全国优秀博士学位论文奖(2010年)、上海市自然科学奖二等奖、全国性学/协会科学技术奖二等奖、上海市优秀发明银奖、上海市优秀博士学位论文奖等奖励。个人先后获得或入选SMC “晨星学者奖励计划”优秀青年教师奖(2009年)、上海市青年科技启明星(2010年)、上海交大首届“科研新星”(2011年)、教育部新世纪优秀人才(2011年)、第十三届教育部霍英东高等院校青年教师基金奖励(2012年)、美国国家科学基金美国竞争力研究人员奖励(2013年)、上海市浦江人才(2015年)、国家优青基金资助(2016年)、教育部青年长江学者(2017年度)、科学中国人“杰出青年科学家奖” (2018年)、国家万人计划科技创新领军人才等。近年作为项目负责人主持过来源于国家自然科学基金委、科技部、教育部、上海市科委等的约30项重要科研项目,包括国家级项目15项、省级项目5项。
        发表期刊论文九十多篇,作为第一/通讯作者在Nature Electronics、Advanced Materials、Small、Nano Energy、NPG Asia Materials、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、IEEE Electron Device Letters等权威期刊上发表论文近七十篇,其中作为第一作者SCI论文24篇(同时为通讯作者的23篇);第一和通讯作者论文被Advanced Materials、Small、Nano Research、Nanoscale Advances、Applied Physics Letters、IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology等期刊多次选为“封面论文”;作为共同作者的论文发表在Nature、Nature Photonics等期刊。发表的SCI论文被引用七千多次。被授权中国发明专利17项、国际发明专利4项。作为第一作者在Springer出版社等出版英文和中文著作各1部。
        开展的将碳纳米管压扁形成石墨烯纳米带的工作被Nature、Nature Electronics、Nature Chemistry、PNAS、Progress in Materials Science等期刊文章引用,被Nature Electronics(2021, 4: 633-634)期刊评论文章给予高的评价,并被英国物理学会知名期刊Physics World、科技网Phys.org、MIT Technology Review、Tech Xplore、Newsbreak以及国家自然科学基金委官网等系列专题评论和报道。应变石墨烯纳米带的研究被评价“首次实验地将单轴应变应用于石墨烯纳米带”。开展的新型碳纳米管和石墨烯纳米带基光伏器件研究被Nature China杂志选为突出科学研究成果专评,被NPG Asia Materials期刊、欧洲物理学会Nanotechweb.org网站、《科学时报》头版等专题报道,被Nature Photonics等期刊文章引用;工作被IBM T. J. Watson研究中心的碳基电子学和光电子学专家Phaedon Avouris教授给予高的评价并被其跟踪研究和证实。碳纳米管多沟道场效应晶体管及其逻辑门电路相关研究被Nature期刊评论文章作为“在CNT电路中实施CMOS逻辑门”的引证。超声纳米焊接技术研究被科技网Nanowerk、Science Daily等作为研究亮点报道,相关论文被Nature Nanotechnology等期刊文章引用178次、被评价“成功实现了纳米级的连接”。
        担任Nano-Micro Letters(SCI IF: 31.6)学术期刊的Associate Editor和Nanomaterials(SCI IF: 5.3)、Materials(SCI IF: 3.1)等多个学术期刊的Editorial Board Member;曾担任国际学术会议的大会主席(General Chair)、技术程序委员会主席(Technical Program Chair)以及多个全国性学术会议的大会共同主席等。
