崔峰,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。1999年于长春理工大学获机械设计学士学位,2002年于长春理工大学获机械制造及其自动化硕士学位,2007年于上海交通大学获微电子与固体电子学博士学位,然后留校工作。主要从事微惯性传感器、微型仿生机器人、电磁微电机、微流体传感与控制芯片等微机电系统(MEMS)器件/系统的研究。主持国家自然科学基金(面上)、上海市自然科学基金、总装预研基金、装发领域基金、航天科技基金、教育部博士点基金等项目。作为研究骨干参与装发慧眼项目、创新特区项目、总装预研、国家863计划、国家973子课题、国家自然科学基金、上海市科委专业技术服务平台、航天联合基金等项目四十余项。获得2013年上海市技术发明一等奖和2020年上海市技术发明二等奖各一项。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文一百余篇;授权发明专利50余项。
研究方向

1.MEMS器件研究

微惯性传感器(微陀螺、微加速度计)、热式微流速传感器、电磁微电机、PCR温控反应芯片等MEMS器件研制,包括MEMS器件的结构仿真设计、微制造工艺与封装、测控电路及集成技术研究。

2.微型仿生机器人

研究适宜在小尺度下工作的仿生扑翼式飞行器(手掌大小及指甲盖大小)、微型爬行机器人、微型游动机器人、微型多栖机器人(飞爬、飞抓、飞游等)等。包括微型仿生机器人的结构设计、运动动力学仿真分析、驱动器设计及制作、微型机器人零部件加工与整机装配、测控系统软硬件开发(含驱动-传动控制、姿态控制、无线通讯、图传载荷、上位机控制终端等)、性能测试等技术研究。

3.先进算法与软件开发、基于嵌入式芯片的硬件电路与算法实现

如面向MEMS器件设计应用,开发基于机器学习-智能优化算法的多环谐振微陀螺/谐振器、电磁微电机等微器件的结构参数快速优化设计平台;面向微型仿生机器人视觉手势识别、目标跟踪、避障等应用,开展基于传感计算于一体的低功耗集成板载嵌入式(ARM、FPGA、DSP)微系统,实现基于深度学习神经网络算法的板载实时图像智能处理。
