        臧法珩,博士,现任上海交通大学微纳电子学系长聘教轨副教授。于2008年和2011年在上海交通大学,获得本科和硕士学位,于2016在美国马里兰大学电子与计算机工程系获得博士学位。博士毕业后,先后在美国普林斯顿大学从事博士后研究,在美国Goertek Electronics任首席工程师。2021年9月,加入上海交通大学微纳电子学系。

        主要从事纳米光学器件晶圆级制造、微纳生化传感器、微纳器件系统集成研究。在Advanced Materials, Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Chemical Communications等期刊以第一作者和合作作者发表10篇高水平期刊文章,在Transducers, EIPBN等国际会议发表16篇会议论文并多次口头报告。在美国Goertek Electronics担任首席工程师期间,负责晶圆级衍射光波导纳米制造研发,申请发明专利5项。
