        韩彦强博士, 现任上海交通大学微纳电子学系助理研究员。2017年本科毕业于南开大学物理系,之后进入上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院攻读博士学位。博士毕业后加入上海交通大学微纳电子系人工智能与微结构实验室,从事科研工作。

        目前从事微纳材料的第一性原理与人工智能算法以及交叉领域的研究工作。研究内容主要包括高性能量子分块、第一性原理和人工智能等算法框架的开发,并重点探索了相关算法在微米/纳米结构、生物体系以及晶体结构中的交叉应用,致力于实现大尺度体系的量子力学精度计算和材料、器件功能导向设计。先后在Physics Reports (IF=30.5)、Briefings in Bioinformatics (IF=13.9)、Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters (IF=9.4) 等高水平学术期刊发表20余篇学术论文,授权10余项发明专利和软件著作。
