        曾敏,2014年7月博士毕业于中国科学院物理研究所表面物理国家重点实验室,先后在苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院从事博士后研究(2014.9-2016.9)和中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所苏州研究院工作(2016.12-2019.1)。2019年3月加入上海交通大学,现为电子信息与电气工程学院微纳电子学系副研究员,博士生导师。研究方向为纳米电子材料表界面调控与功能器件研究,主要包括:新型敏感材料增感策略及传感机制、多效应传感阵列MEMS集成设计、柔性可穿戴传感器件工艺及功能拓展、深度学习人工智能软件算法以及多维度气体传感智能测试系统开发。

        主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省博士后基金、上海交通大学“深蓝计划”面上项目、上海交通大学“医工交叉”基金项目及重要产学研项目等,参与国家重大科学研究计划、JW科技委GF创新特区项目、上海交通大学氢科学中心项目等,具备气体传感、高分子材料、凝聚态物理和光/电催化等多学科研究背景以及交叉学科应用经验,与多家行业头部企业建立了合作关系,并积极推进智能传感在环境监测、能源存储、数字医疗、智能制造和智慧农业等物联网领域的技术成果转化。

        近年来,在国际知名学术期刊Advanced Functional Materials、ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、IEEE Sensors Journal等期刊上发表高质量SCI论文45篇,其中第一及共一作者10篇,共同通讯作者14篇,ESI高被引论文5篇,封面论文2篇,总被引用超过3000余次(Web of Science检索),H-Index为25,大会邀请报告1次,撰写2本英文专著章节,授权发明专利3项,获第六届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛上海赛区优秀指导教师。
 
        招生:招收具有材料、物理、化学、电路、算法及电子科学与技术等相关专业背景,或具有纳米材料制备、纳米器件工艺和智能系统开发基础的本科生、硕士生和博士生。
