杨斌,博士、副研究员、硕士生导师。2006年毕业于上海交通大学微电子学与固体电子学专业并获博士学位。之后在新加坡国立大学、新加坡微电子研究院、瑞声声学(新加坡)科技有限公司工作。主要从事微纳自供能器件与系统,高温下传感器,有机和无机压电纳米线的制备和应用等研究。

 

作为负责人主持过国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金项目、国防预研基金、上海市浦江人才项目、航天支撑项目等多个课题研究,参与完成过国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家973项目等多个重要项目研究。发表学术论文三十多篇,其中以第一作者在IEEE Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems、Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering、Applied Physics Letters等国际权威刊物上发表论文十余篇,其中单篇论文他引次数80多次。 申请专利30余项,已授权6项。被邀作为Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, Journal of Micromechanical Systems, Sensors & Actuators A、Smart materials and structures等特约审稿人。

 

正招收具有微电子学与固体电子学、物理、机械、材料、高分子等相关专业背景或基础的硕士研究生。
