        何卫锋,上海交通大学微纳电子学系教授,博士生导师。IEEE高级会员、中国计算机学会/中国电子学会会员、CCF计算机工程和工艺专委会成员、中国汽车电子元器件标准工作委员会委员。

        1995年9月至2005年3月,就读于哈尔滨工业大学微电子学与固体电子学专业,分别获工学学士、硕士和博士学位。2005-2006年度,香港科技大学电子与计算机工程系,博士后研究员。2006年底至今,上海交通大学微电子学院/微纳电子学系先后任讲师、副研究员和教授,主要从事高能效数字集成电路设计的教学和科研工作。

        研究领域包括:(1)低功耗/超低功耗处理器/NoC设计、近存计算/存算一体芯片设计;(2)高能效人工智能芯片与系统、高能效可重构计算芯片与系统、面向图像/视频处理的VLSI与系统。在上述领域,作为课题负责人承担了国家自然科学基金、“十一五”和“十二五”信息领域863计划重点项目、“十三五”重点研发计划项目、华为合作项目等重要科研任务10余项,获教育部技术发明一等奖1项。在ISSCC、CICC、DAC、JSSC、IEEE TCAS-I、IEEE TCAS-II、IEEE TVLSI、IEEE TCAD等集成电路、电路与系统领域的权威会议和期刊上发表论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利30余项。

        在教学上,致力于创新型和国际化的人才培养。主要讲述数字集成电路设计的相关课程,并与海外/校外专家合作开设暑期课程3门。承担了全国专业硕士学位“数字集成电路设计”课程的教学指南编写。指导学生参加多项国家级集成电路设计比赛,获特等奖/最高奖3项,一等奖2项。
