        赵阳,副研究员。本科、硕士分别于2012年、2015年毕业于西安交通大学微电子学院,于2019年加拿大约克大学电子工程与计算机科学博士毕业,2020年起任上海交通大学助理研究员,并加入上海交通大学微纳电子学系微电子学院的生物电路与系统实验室。美国IEEE学会会员,专业领域是超低功耗生物信号模拟前端设计、生物传感SoC设计、低功耗生物信号AI加速芯片设计,主要集中在设计集中在SMIC,TSMC,XFAB等多家Foundry的350nm、180nm、130nm工艺节点,在系统架构、电路结构等方面进行研究设计。曾设计出功耗仅0.9微瓦符合医疗标准的心电/脑电采集前端芯片以及功耗仅13.4微瓦的事件驱动型神经网络分类器检测心率失常。发表论文十余篇,专利3项。生物电路与系统实验室网页https://www.bicasl.com/ 。
        实验室团队招收集成电路设计、微电子、电子科学与技术方向硕士、博士。
