朱文欢,男,现为上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院副研究员、博士生导师、IEEE Member、无锡市大数据管理局项目评审专家。参加工作以来,已主持国家自然科学基金、JWKJW国防创新特区等纵向项目近十项,以及国家电网等企事业单位横向项目多项。
