实习生职位（面向2017年毕业的在校生）：
- Intern – mNAND Firmware Test Design Engineer （若干）
Job Description:
Micron Technology’s mNAND Firmware Test Design Team is focused on validating leading-edge mobile NAND products which incorporated advanced FW and HW changes. We are studying requirements for new product, defining test strategy, develop new test program. We will execute the product validation in cycles, doing result analysis, also provide failure analysis on internal and customer reported issues.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
You will be responsible for working as part of a dedicated test team delivering cutting edge controller designs. You will work with the firmware testing team to gain a full understanding of the test designs and operating scenarios through which you will develop tools to support test development, and develop test scripts to validate the quality of the firmware deliverables.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Experienced in software testing, debugging, problem solving.
- Experienced in the use of C and C++, scripting languages, programming tools and environments (Python is a plus)
- Able to use outlook, excel, word, power point software
- Experienced with lab tools is a plus, including meter, LA
- Storage related experience is a plus

- Intern – SSD Firmware Engineer（若干）
Job Description:
Exciting opportunities awaits you at Micron’s fast growing Shanghai Design Center. As a Firmware Engineer (固件工程师/嵌入式软件工程师) in Micron, you will work with an exceptionally talented core team based in Shanghai, to develop cutting-edge advanced controller firmware for NAND-based mass storage products in the consumer and enterprise segments. In this position, you will be part of the team that design, and implement firmware solutions for these target markets. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with fellow US based firmware engineers and system hardware design engineers, product engineers, Flash memory design engineers, to solve cross-functional design issues.
Responsibilities:
Develop structured and clearly commented source code, test and qualify your firmware module for integration; ensure relevant technical information is documented, organized, and analyzed; propose innovation, projects / products. Your focus will be on firmware performance and reliability in the system and the target application. As needed, you will develop new test tools and methods. Using analysis equipment or software, you should demonstrate ability to effectively analyze and resolve functional or performance issues with the firmware and hardware in test environments or target host systems. You will also have opportunity to participate in product architecture definition and module design.

- Intern – DRAM Product Engineer（若干）
Job Description:
As a Product Engineering Characterization Engineer at Micron’s Shanghai Design Center, you will work in a highly innovative and motivated design team using state of the art memory technologies to advance and test DRAM Memory products. Micron’s global sites.
Responsibilities:
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to Work with other product engineering and circuit design engineers to design, document, implement, execute and analyze test patterns to characterize Micron DRAM products based on specification. Work with circuit design engineers to run test and review for accuracy and competency, deliver product qualification reports and graphs, and conduct follow-up analysis as needed. Analyze the issues captured by test patterns with circuit design engineers. Opportunity to monitor the whole life cycle of DRAM products, from first silicon to the final delivery to customer. Deep involvement in developing and enhancing the emergent Automated Testing Platform to improve the work efficiency. - Intern – IC Design Verification Engineer（若干）
Job Description:
- As a Verification Designer at Micron’s Shanghai Design Center, you will work in a highly innovative and motivated design team using state of the art memory technologies to develop & verify the most advanced DRAM product.
- You will be challenged by the complexity and difficulty of designing/verifying the high density memory chip (up to 8Gb) with huge scale of circuit capability (over 4M transistors), ultra high speed (clock cycle is less than 1ns), complicated functionality (DDR4, LPDDR4), advanced low power and power management technology.
- You will need to have the ability to work as a design verification engineer and consider as a circuit designer to full evaluate chip or block level functionality and provide solution.
- You will work closely with Micron’s various design teams all over the world to contribute to the success of the design team by applying verification tools and techniques, providing verification status and summaries to specific designs as needed.
- You may need to travel to Japan and U.S. in short term for technical communication, project support.
- You will participate in developing digital/analog mix-signal verification methodology for advanced DRAM products, as well as design and implementation of mix-signal design verification environment.
- As an important part of responsibility, you will develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop patterns and regressions to increase the function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.
- Provide support to design engineers, simulate, analyze and debug current chip designs.
- Co-work with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows for the verification difficulties on DRAM chip.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design
- Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, ie. HSPICE, HSIM, VerilogHDL, FINESIM
- Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Experience in SV, VPI coding preferred
- Gate Level circuit design preferred
