       尤敏敏博士,现任上海交通大学微纳电子学系助理研究员。2016年本科毕业于西安电子科技大学,2022年博士毕业于上海交通大学,导师为刘景全教授,博士就读期间至南洋理工大学新加坡工程院院士刘爱群教授团队交流学习,现加入上海交通大学微纳电子学系智能感知与生物医学微系统团队。

        主要研究高灵敏智能MEMS低温温度传感器、新型纳米光学谐振腔多功能传感器,致力于突破物理探测极限,采用微纳米器件实现高精度感知。博士期间参与国家重大专项研究,主要参与研制低温温度传感器。目前以一作和共同作者身份发表SCI/EI论文10余篇,其中一作4篇。
