  刘彦,男,上海交通大学微纳电子学系副教授,英国伦敦帝国学院博士。曾于英国伦敦帝国学院完成博士后并担任特聘研究员。参与多项英国工程与自然科学研究理事会(EPSRC)和欧盟研究委员会(ERC)的科研项目。主要从事基于集成电路技术的植入式双向脑机接口和微流控生化传感系统的研究工作,共发表期刊和会议论文30余篇,授权国际专利9项。
