        刘钢,男,2004年本科毕业于上海交通大学,2010年博士毕业于新加坡国立大学,2010年1月至2018年11月期间先后在南洋理工大学、新加坡国立大学和中国科学院工作。2018年12月加入上海交通大学,现为电子信息与电气工程学院微纳电子学系研究员。

        目前主要从事忆阻器、神经形态运算与智能仿生方面的研究,先后承担了国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金、浙江省杰出青年科学基金、人社部高层次留学人才回国工作重点资助项目等科研课题,在Chem. Soc. Rev.、Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、JACS、ACS Nano和Mater. Horiz.等期刊发表70余篇论文,主编2部学术著作,申请30多项中国发明专利。先后获中国电子学会科学技术二等奖、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖、中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员、宁波市自然科学一等奖和宁波市青年科技奖等奖项。曾任中国科学院青年创新促进会理事,现任Elsevier期刊Carbon和Appl. Mater. Today编委。
