        文惠敏,博士,副研究员,2011年于中国科学院福建物质结构研究所获得化学博士学位,并留所工作至2013年,随后在北京大学化学与分子工程学院从事博士后研究工作。2015年底加入上海交通大学密西根学院,任职博士后研究员。2019年12月入职我校电子信息与电气工程学院微纳电子学系。

        目前主要从事半导体材料在稀土掺杂、杂质发光以及传感器、探测器、光源方向的研究。先后主持过国家自然科学面上基金、青年基金、极化材料与器件教育部重点实验室开放基金、中国博士后基金(两项)、福建省自然科学青年基金等项目,参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目、上海市科委、教委重大项目、福建省自然科学基金重点项目等。在国内外期刊已发表论文18篇,其中第一作者及通讯作者论文12篇;申请国家发明专利2项。
