贺光辉/教授、博导
个人简介
贺光辉,现任上海交通大学微纳电子学系教授,副系主任,博士生导师。于2002年7月毕业于电子科技大学通信学院,取得学士学位,四川省优秀毕业生。同年免试进入清华大学电子工程系,于2007年7月获信息与通信工程博士学位。毕业后加入美国凌讯科技有限公司,从事地面数字电视解调和解码芯片的研发工作,任团队负责人。2009年4月加入上海交通大学,从事教学与科研工作。
主要研究方向是高能效数字系统芯片设计及应用,包括无线通信系统、视频和图像信号处理系统的算法与集成电路研究。作为课题负责人主持了包括国家自然科学基金,国家科技重大专项,国家重点研发计划、航天基金和国家电网公司总部科技项目在内的科研任务20余项。在IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems–I,IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems–II,IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems,IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems等电路与系统权威学术期刊和会议上发表了70余篇学术论文,授权国家发明专利20余项。
开设多门专业课程,课堂上注重理论联系实际,将最新的科研成果引入课堂,主持教育部产学合协同育人项目、上海市教委重点课程和在线课程建设。曾获“第四届全国高校青年教师教学竞赛工科组一等奖”、“上海市五一劳动奖章”、“上海交通大学教书育人一等奖”、 “第三届上海高校青年教师教学竞赛自然科学应用学科组特等奖”、“上海交通大学教学成果一等奖”等荣誉。课堂外,致力于创新型人才的培养,指导学生参加多项国际与国家级集成电路设计比赛,获特等奖3项,一等奖4项。

1.高能效电路设计;
2.高速无线通信系统基带芯片架构和电路设计;
3.实时智能图像处理算法和系统设计;
4.深度学习芯片架构研究与设计。
