        杨斌,男,上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院微纳电子学系研究员,博士生导师。一直从事智能柔性感知与微系统的研究,作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学青年基金、面上项目、国家科技重大专项、科技部863 项目课题、装备预研教育部联合基金、上海市科委浦江人才计划等科研项目二十余项,作为学术骨干参与国家科技重大专项、国家自然基金等3 项。获得荣誉或主要奖项包括:

        1)2012 年获上海交通大学晨星青年学者奖励“SMC 优秀青年教师奖”(B 类)。

        2)2013 年获上海市浦江人才(A 类);

        3)2014 年获教育部自然科学一等奖(排名第五);

        4)2016 年获上海交通大学晨星青年学者奖励“SMC 优秀青年教师奖”(A 类);

        5)2019 年获英国物理学会颁发的高被引论文作者奖.

        近年来,以第一作者/通讯作者在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS Nano、Nano Energy、Nano today、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Electron Device Letters、 Sensors& Actuators B:Chemical、IEEE Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems、 Applied Physics Letters 等国际重要学术期刊发表SCI论文60余篇,影响因子大于10的论文9篇,IEEE 会刊论文10 篇, ACS Nano(Editor’s pick article)、Applied Physics Letters(Editor’s pick article 一篇,Top Articles 一篇)、IEEE Electron Device Letters(Front cover 封面文章一篇)、SCI 被引用1000余次(Google Scholar), ESI高被引论文2篇。同时作为第一著者撰写出版英文专著《Micro and Nano Energy Harvesting Technologies》(Artech 出版社,2014,291 页)一本和英文章节一章
