Mo Tingting

Dr. Tingting MO received the B.S. degrees in electronic engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University , China , in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from City University of Hong Kong , HK SAR , in 2006. During her Ph.D program, she worked on coplanar waveguide and its applications in microwave and RF circuits.

In 2006, Dr. Mo joined the School of Microelectronics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and became a member of the center of analog and RF IC (CARFIC). Now her research interests are focused on RF IC and microwave IC design.
